I have had a pleasure to work with Mesike Elias since March 2014. At that time she was working as a
service attendant in Swissôtel Tallinn, restaurant Café Swiss, later as the service attendant in hotel´s
lobby bar NO3.
This spring she was promoted as head waitress in NO3 lobby bar as she had shown her great
professionalism in her duties. She has a great team spirit and she has high quality in her customer
service skills.
Mesike is leading a small group of service attendants and she has total of 4 full – time employees
