The International Journal of Agricultural Resources, Governance and Ecology is calling for papers for a special issue on "Gender, Governance and Agriculture". The special issue will focus on empirical research and studies addressing the links between gender, governance and their relationship to agriculture. Authors should submit a 200-word abstract with their contact details by February 28th, 2014. Full papers are due by April 30th, 2014 and the special issue will be published between October and November 2014.

The International Journal of Agricultural Resources, Governance and Ecology is a high
level, Thomson Reuters, ISI, Scopus indexed journal, now on its 9th volume and is a
respected scientific periodical on its field, combining the discussion on the evolution and
governance of agricultural resources, with agriculture research and an emphasis on the
implications that policy choices have on both the welfare of humans and the ecology of
the planet.
The journal is now inviting papers for a special issue on "Gender, Governance and
Agriculture". The special issue will focus on empirical research, studies and practical
projects, which address the links between gender and governance, and how they relate
to agriculture.
Expressions of interest, consisting initially of a 200 words abstract, containing the full
contact details from the authors, should be sent to Guest Editor, Ms Gargi Banerji at
gargi@pragya.org.
The deadline for submissions of abstracts is the 28th February 2014.
Full papers are due by the 30th April 2014 at the latest. The special issue will be
published between October and November 2014.
