journal

Reflective
Practices
fits
in
with
a
wide
scientific
debate
which
identifies
the
reflective
prospective
as
one
of
the
most
promising
ones
to
re-­‐think
educational
phenomena,
practices
and
methodologies.
The
journal
aims
at
fostering
a
public
arena
to
critically
discuss
reflective
approaches
in
education.
Topics
of
interest
are:
1. the
theoretical
perspectives
and
reflective
practices
in
education
and
training;
2. the
development
and
training
of
critical
and
reflective
thinking
within
life
and
work
contexts;
3. the
educational
strategies
employed
to
cultivate
communities
of
reflective
practices
and
support
organizational
learning
process;
4. methodologies
and
emancipative
tools
in
education;
5. educational
reflective
activity
models
and
logics;
6. experiences
and
best
research,
counselling
and
training
practices
within
work
contexts.

workplaces.
Apprenticeship,
placement
and
professional
development.
Focus
The
objective
of
this
issue
is
to
collect
innovative
experimented
approaches
and
experiences
which
allow
us
to
understand
the
potentials
and/or
limitations
of
the
use
of
reflective
strategies
to
support
students
and
adults’
transitions
from
school/university/life
to
workplace.
The
focus
is
on
the
methodologies,
approaches
and
experiences
which
could
be
use:
a)
to
promote
learning
experiences
that
develop
critical
perspectives
at
work;
b)
to
organize
reflective
educational
settings
where
people
can
learn
from
professional
experiences;
c)
to
support
learning
by
doing
outside
formal
educational
settings.
