New Open Systems Batch Schedule Request
For all new applications, jobs, resources, alerts, javascripts, etc., that need to
be added, the following steps need to be performed:
 For all new conversions to dSeries, an email must be composed and sent to VZW
dSeries Scheduling team/email distribution before any ACSR request are
submitted for the project assigned.
 Submit the dSeries Agent Install ACSR for CA dSeries Agent deployment. The
instructions for how to submit a dSeries Agent Install ACSR for CA dSeries are
located via the following link: dSeries ACSR - Agent Request Forms.
 Create and schedule a ‘CR’ VCOP for production install “add vcop instructions
 Complete the Open Systems Job Inventory Spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is
located on the Open Systems Scheduling Sharepoint site link, Open Systems Job
Inventory Spreadsheet.
 Submit the dSeries Open Systems Scheduling New Complex/Standard Request
ACSR form. The instructions on how to submit an ACSR for dSeries Open Systems
