vision and mission what are the key values
you will be guided by.
GOALS for the year < 20 minutes >
• What is it that we will achieve in year one?
• Should we be having a perspective of
where we want to be in three years?
Key Result Areas < 20 minutes >
• Identify the result areas considering the 12
areas of care and the 12 types of recipients
• Identify where and how you want to focus
and in what timeframe
• What is feasible and how we could actually
bring in the right impact and experience?

Vision & Mission Statement + Values < 25 minutes > • The Vision statement describes the long term objective of this department for your yatra / project / temple. < WHAT? > • A Mission statement is like a road map of how to achieve the goals set in your vision statement. It defines the purpose of the organization. < HOW? > • Values >> In the process of achieving your vision and mission what are the key values you will be guided by.
  • 5. GOALS for the year < 20 minutes > • What is it that we will achieve in year one? • Should we be having a perspective of where we want to be in three years?
  • 6. Key Result Areas < 20 minutes > • Identify the result areas considering the 12 areas of care and the 12 types of recipients • Identify where and how you want to focus and in what timeframe • What is feasible and how we could actually bring in the right impact and experience? • Phase 1 >> What are we taking up? Timeframe? • Phase 2 >> What are we taking up? Timeframe? • Phase 3 >> What are we taking up? Timeframe?
