Mission :
• Our Mission is to will provide a friendly, comfortable
atmosphere where the customers can receive quality food,
drinks, and services at the reasonable price.
• Our Coffee Shop will offer a variety of choices to the
customers. Cappuccinos, lattes, espressos, smoothies,
regular coffee, soft drinks and tea of all sort will be
available.
• We will also serve deli- style breakfast sandwiches with the
freshest ingredients, muffins, croissants cinnamon rolls,
coffee cake, and other tasty treats.
• Our coffee shop will be open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Sunday - Saturday
Product Description:
• The menu will be built around serve deli- style breakfast
sandwiches espresso-based coffee drinks such as lattes,
mochas, cappuccinos, etc. Each of the espresso-based drinks
will be offered with whole, skimmed, or soy milk.
• Each of these coffee beverages is based on a shot of
espresso, which is prepared in the espresso machine by
forcing heated water through ground coffee at high pressure.
Product Description:
• Such espresso shots are combined with steamed milk
and/or other additives like cocoa, caramel, etc., to
prepare the espresso-based beverages. Proper
preparation techniques are of paramount importance for
such drinks.
SWOT Analysis:
Strength: Reasonable price, wide variety of coffee and drinks, a
lot of home made treats.
Weakness : Turn down in the economy , start up costs, new
business, no reputation
Opportunities: We provide different kind of coffee which is
suitable for all people and also all ages
Threats: Subway, Wendy’s, McDonalds and other local Cafes
Market Analysis:
• Target Analysis: My target market will be to
anyone who enjoy the coffee. But I will mainly
target people age 15 and older, both male and
female, and who are the working class and
students.
• Competition: my competitors would be
Subway, McDonalds and collage cafes and
restaurant in nearby Rustaveli street .
• Market Trends: Coffee is the drink of choice for
many people across the world. Every morning
millions of people rely on their morning fix to
get going for day.
