8.  Business license: The business license gives you permission to legally operate your
restaurant within a specific jurisdiction. This costs around $300.
 Food Handler's Permit: This permit ensures that your restaurant meets
regulations regarding food sanitation, storage, protection and preparation. This
costs around $200.00.
 The all required permits and licenses add up to around $5,000 to $6,000.
 Restaurant insurance for the business property and liability: $6,097
 Income tax, sales tax, property taxes, and payroll taxes all add up to around
$20,000.

9.  We are targeting customers of every age. They probably have families. We predict
that teens and young adults will come to the business most often because they like
sweets and drinking coffee. We will target our advertising to them.
 We open next to a big shopping center where a lot of families go to. They might
come to our bakery when they are done shopping.
