Zuckerberg believes the metaverse is the next internet platform where we’ll shop, socialize, learn, play games and hold business meetings. Gartner predicts 25% of people will spend at least one hour a day in the metaverse by 2026. According to City Bank's report, the metaverse represents a potential $13 trillion opportunity by 2030, that could boast as many as 5 billion global users.
