 Waterproof Plaster : Re-plaster the wall with a

 Wet rod occurs when moisture content is of atleast 50
%, whereas dry rod occurs when moisture is around 20 %.
 Wet rod is spongy & black in colour, whereas dry rod
makes timber brown in colour.
Treatment
 Locate the source & reduce the moisture level to
below 20 % in wet rod case.
 Remove decay wood and apply fungicidal
treatment to remaining part.
 Replace removed timber with preservative treated
timbers.

 Woodworm is a larvae that ruin wood
flooring.
 Infestation : Treat the heavily infected areas
with boron ultra gel.
