This document outlines plans to further develop a human capital management platform. It discusses building out the foundational technology platform on Azure, implementing payroll capabilities, and splitting development teams into specialized functions. Upcoming initiatives include enhancing the CRM, building out HR benefits and recruiting features, and developing a mobile application. The goal is to create an easy to use, scalable platform that integrates additional services over time.
