A flavorful
Journey
Korean
cuisine has a long
history of devel-
opment. It has
evolved through a
complex interac-
tion of the natural
environment and
social changes.
However, Korean
cuisine still maintain its traditional
unique.
Korean cuisine is largely based upon
rice, vegetables and meats. Every meal
often served with plenty of side dishes
called banchan. Korean dishes often
take time to prepare and they are full
of flavor. That is because Korean use
a lot of ingredients and spices while
cooking.
With the expand of Korean culture,
especially the Hallyu trend, Korean
cuisine is more and more popular and
globally enjoyed. That is why we bring
you the “Korean cuisine festival” so
that you can share with us this inter-
esting, flavorful journey.
