This document summarizes a 3.5 day leadership program taking place from June 22-26, 2020 in Portugal. The program promises breakthroughs in areas identified during intake, the ability to express vision and communicate better. It will help participants regain authorship of their future. The agenda lists daily sessions from 9:30-19:00 and costs between €3,500-4,050 including meals and 4 nights hotel stay. Johannes Leerink(1964) is also founder of Silk. He is a passionate
pioneer in the field of high performance, leadership and how
organization and social structures impact performance. Due to his
experience as a director and manager (latest as President of Sara
Lee/DE in the Benelux) Johannes understands the challenges CEO’s
face in the pressure to deliver results and build sustainable cultures in
which people thrive.
The two perspectives of the founders were the genesis of
the Silk Leadership Lab. A unique laboratory in which
