Introduction

A paradigm is defined by the Oxford English Dictionary as “A typical example or
pattern; a world view underlying the theories and methodology of a particular
subject”. The act of cultural creation is as integral to the human race as the discovery
of the Higgs Boson Particle. Vræyda Media exists to foster a paradigm shift.
“Specialization is for insects” the saying goes, yet we’re not egotistical enough to think
we can do it all. Not yet, anyway. Vræyda Media is a company of conscience using the
multimedia platforms of literary publishing, sound recording & mastering, film
production and artistically indulged events to shift the paradigm of the current
consumer culture. We aim to concentrate on bringing Equality in a discernible way,
balancing Intuition & Arts with Logical Business Practices, funding & inspiring
Ecological & Technological Innovations and inspiring change in the Socio-Economic
landscape.
It begins with definitions. Our core values guide our choices in which creative pursuits to choose and which
projects to back. They are the backbone of the ideals and cultural pushes we aim to make. We start with
cultural integration. By imbuing the artists and visionaries who are already making positive shifts with the
finances and collaborative stages to enact their work, we begin the process of a permanent paradigm shift
toward equality, socio-economic change, the engagement of intuition and right-brained intelligence in the
mainstream business world, and ecological & technological innovation.
Can You Hear the Angels Sing? began it. In the memoir, Rev. Prof Seth Ayettey took the tragic events of
October 6, 2010 and used them as a way of identifying the struggles of the developing world, and giving a
proving ground of how to fix it. Seth's royalties are going toward developing a school in his native Ghana, for
both privileged and underprivileged students to receive high quality education, outside of social class lines. His
thoughts on the care of orphans has given rise to The Moses Effect, currently being developed by Vræyda.
A young poet continued the trend with her poetry collection Usurper Kings. In Sapha Burnell's first book she
inspects the Feminine and Divine through time, punching through the ages with a heart-grabbing wit and
catharsis.
The collaborative process has begun in MacroMicroCosm Literary & Art Journal. MacroMicroCosm's inspection
of Pattern and presence has brought artists and authors spanning the globe to view multiple angles of the

same issue. This Quarterly Magazine is going to be the flagship of the Vraeyda Shift and inform on the progress
and innovation.
We are excited to work with Korle-Bu Neuroscience Foundation in developing world-class health care and
health care education in West Africa. Vræyda Films will be producing professional nursing & medical
professional teaching videos and curriculum under Vræyda Literary. Through reaching the West African
medical practitioners with world-class practices we begin the shift to helping debilitating injuries heal and
place people back in the work force.
Innovating the mind is as substantial as innovating the ecology, technology & socio-political purviews.
Without a true mental shift, no alteration will stick and Vræyda holds these principles in the palms of our
hands. There are human constants. Every culture can learn and accept the honour and responsibility of dealing
with others through grace.
It starts in the mirror. Through teaching our population to respect and love themselves, we begin the shift
which carries first to the Home: friends and family, the Community, spreading along the way. Every shift needs
sustainable qualities behind it, and Vræyda Media exists to enact and stabilize the qualities of personal
integrity, respect, grace over violence, innovation, equality and a healthier look at beauty.

one: publishing research papers
in MacroMicroCosm. We are
currently working on invasive
species eradication research, and

neurological research in West
Africa, by partnering with Korle-
Bu Neuroscience Foundation

partnering further with KBNF to
build a series of nursing training
videos & curriculum to give
access to world-class education
in developing countries.

Findings
October 11th is the 2nd Anniversary of Vræyda
Media’s incorporation. Through our time in business
we’ve learned:

regular & okay. Finances rise and fall, but smart
investment & forward thinking save the day.

Conundrum.
