Ingredients:
• 500g A-Sha Dry Noodles
• 1 finely chopped onion
• 1 finely chopped tomato
• 1 finely chopped carrot
• 4 finely chopped garlic cloves
• 2 tablespoon vegetable cooking oil
• 1 cup chopped broccoli
• ½ cup chopped white cabbage
• 2 tablespoons fish sauce
• ¼ cup chopped green beans
• 450g ground beef

2. • 1 cup chopped cauliflower
• Salt and pepper according to your taste
Cooking Directions
1. If you are using A-Sha Dry Noodles cook your noodles as per the instructions
offered on the package. Make sure that you drain them by running them through a
strainer and set them aside.
2. In a medium sized wok heat vegetable oil on medium flames. Add oil, onions, and
garlic to the pan it and stir them for a minute. Then add tomato and fish sauce in the
wok and let simmer for 3 minutes.
3. To the same wok add ground beef along with salt and pepper and let it cook.
4. Once the beef is cooked, add a cup of water in the wok and add your veggies and
let that cook for around 3 minutes. Then mix in carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower with
rest of the veggies in the wok. After that, allow the veggies to cook for 2 minutes.
5. Once you think that all the veggies are effectively cooked, you can then boiled
noodles in the wok and stir them for a minute. Finally, add salt and pepper according
to your taste.
