research, design, development team. This involves managing multiple
capital intensive product development programs and deploying the
resulting assets to global operations and having wide exposure to tier 1
customers, suppliers and executive management.
Responsibilities
Lead product development team consisting of mechanical &
electrical design engineers, structural engineers, manufacturing
engineers across multiple sites, encompassing idea generation,
screening, concept testing, business & financial analysis, product &
process development. Providing technical support activities to the

Capex management – full assessment and development of new
