This document describes a new method for designing fuzzy controllers based on extending the classical Lyapunov synthesis method. The key points are:
1) The method assumes minimal knowledge about the plant and systematically derives the fuzzy rule base for the controller.
2) The method is demonstrated by designing Mamdani-type controllers for stabilizing and tracking an inverted pendulum system. The rule bases are derived analytically rather than heuristically.
3) Simulation results show the controllers achieve local stability of the closed-loop systems, even in the presence of noise, indicating the effectiveness of the new fuzzy Lyapunov synthesis method.
This document presents a proposal for Smart-O-Wheel, a mobility assistance device for disabled people. It introduces the product, which is a motorized wheelchair that can be operated by one person and uses solar power. The document outlines objectives such as creating product awareness and achieving sales targets in the first year. It discusses the 4P's of marketing - product details, pricing, placement including distribution channels, and promotion strategies like advertisements and public relations events. It also covers the target customers, existing competition, and disabled population statistics in India to demonstrate the need and market potential.
This document provides an overview of a proposed travel app for kids that aims to expose children to different cultures through interactive activities and games without needing to leave home. This study developed a targeted drug delivery system using Multistage Nanovectors (MSV) conjugated with VEGFR2 antibodies to specifically target blood vessels that support tumor growth. MSV were functionalized with VEGFR2 antibodies and shown to bind endothelial cells expressing VEGFR2 in vitro, including under flow conditions mimicking blood flow. The MSV were also internalized by the endothelial cells. This targeted delivery system aims to improve cancer therapy by efficiently transporting anti-angiogenic antibodies to their VEGFR2 targets on endothelial cells, preventing blood vessel formation and limiting tumor growth. Future work will investigate this system's potential for dual-function delivery of anti-angiogenic antibodies and anti-cancer drugs to tumors.

This document analyzes the problem of balancing an inverted pendulum, where a steel ball rolls on arched tracks attached to a movable cart. It describes the control objective of keeping the ball balanced on top of the arc while positioning the cart. The key points are:
1) The problem is modeled using basic physical equations accounting for the vertical and horizontal reaction forces on the ball and cart.
2) The equations are nonlinear and coupled, but can be linearized around the origin for control purposes.
3) State feedback control is implemented using linearized model parameters to feed back the four states to the controller.
4) Cascade control divides the problem into inner-loop ball control and outer-loop cart
