  • 2. EXPANSION DEFINED Expansion occurs when a Real Estate Agent • starts a new Expansion Team, • led by a carefully selected local Expansion Partner, • in an additional brokerage/office, • powered by and supported by a central Hub
  • 3. WHY EXPAND? 1. Unlimited earning potential and significant scalability Traditional franchising: • $750k – $2m upfront cost • Expected net income of $60k – $100k a year Expansion • $100k – $200k investment • Profitable within 4 – 6 months • Potential of more than $100k profit in year 2 Local Business, Local Relationships? Not any longer!

Because I believe you are a businessperson and not “just” a real estate agent. • How do other businesses increase their profits? • If you’re really a business then act like one! • Increase business source (lead gen) • Improve your customer service • Open another “store” • Your vision grows exponentially and you can “build your Disney”
