Alexis Ohanian discusses how he turned a small idea into a successful business called Breadpig that donates money to charitable causes. By selling a book called "Bread and Wings" and taking customer feedback, Breadpig was able to donate over $37,000 in its first year and over $50,000 in 2009. Ohanian emphasizes that small personal efforts, even if starting small, can make the world "suck less" when done with a simple goal and by being accountable to customers.

In the last two years since inception, the "uncorporation" has given away almost $100,000.
