This document discusses a benchmarking study of NGOs working in the Raval community. It notes there are over 50 NGOs with minimal collaboration and program overlap with Braval. It recommends creating an organization called Tot Raval to increase collaboration between NGOs and centralize student identification to ensure full utilization of similar programs and serve more students. It also identifies opportunities for collaboration like workshops, identifying new students, continuing education programs, and sharing resources to cut costs. Key performance indicators for program success are outlined like dropout rates, grades, number of students served, legal issues, activities, and unemployment after the program.
