information provided by the client. This would include existing research, but might also include:

After reviewing the information, we perform some preliminary Online research to fully understand how your top competitors are
visually and contextually positioning themselves. This may serve as validation of competitive research provided by the client, or may
yield new insight into opportunities to fully own a space in the minds of the target audience.

James Kluetz
:: President, CCO
James Kluetz, co-founder of Brand Tango, brings a deep understanding of marketing tactics and applies this
knowledge to breakthrough creative that communicates, motivates, and resonates with consumers.
His ground-breaking work has earned much industry recognition, including several national Addy awards from the
American Advertising Federation and recognition in the AIGA One Show.
Schooled at New York City’s Fashion Institute of Technology, James worked in several high profile firms in Manhattan
before moving to Florida, in 1994. He’s been VP of Creative Services at Bluegreen Corp as well as VP and Creative
Director at Pinpoint Communications, where he worked on campaigns and branding initiatives for XM Satellite Radio,
3M, Lowes and several brands under Jarden Consumer Solutions.
James’ work has won more than 125 ARDY awards from the American Resort Development Association and over 200
local, district, and national Addy awards as well as 6 best-in-show and judges awards. Other organizations recognizing
his work include the Web Marketing Association, the South Florida Interactive Marketing Association, American
Business Communicators, the American Institute of Graphic Artists, Mead Paper and the Florida Print Awards.

In 2005, Joe Russoniello founded Brand Tango, a Deerfield Beach-based marketing and branding firm. He
has assembled a highly qualified team committed to innovation, using the latest techniques and technology
to execute strategic marketing initiatives which are both strategic and measurable.
	 From 1999-2005, Joe was Senior Vice President of corporate marketing for Bluegreen Resorts. During Joe’s 	
	 tenure, Bluegreen’s timeshare sales revenue grew from $90 million to $325 million, and marketing costs 		
	 declined from 35 percent to 26 percent, boosting annual profits from $8 million to more than $54 million.
	 Joe is committed to improving his industry and is active in marketing associations, as well as civic groups. 	
	 He is a guest lecturer at Lynn University in Boca Raton, and a member of the Fort Lauderdale Art Institute 	
	 graduate review committee. His charities include the March of Dimes, Christel House, Autism Speaks and Joe 		
	 DiMaggio Children’s Hospital.
	 A New Jersey native, Joe has an MBA from Temple University.

Larry Talley
:: VP, Technology
Since 2005, Larry Talley has been a Partner and Vice President of Application Development for Brand Tango. He is
the founder and CEO of Brand Tango’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Brand Tango Technologies.
	 In his role with Brand Tango, Larry uses his extensive knowledge and experience to help an international roster of 		
	 clients decrease costs while increasing market penetration, performance and profitability. From creative concept to 	
	 end-user solutions, Larry has developed technology applications that lead industries. Recently, his team developed a 	
	 social networking platform for resort vacation owners that allow vacationers to create their own pages with photos, 	
	 videos and journals to share, while following other members.
	 Larry’s team recently developed Tango CRM, a proprietary Web-based software system, that integrates all facets
	 of a resort developer’s operations, including lead and contact management, call centers, referral programs, 		
	 reservations, maintenance fee and mortgage billing, and loyalty points programs.

:: Associate Creative Director
Paul or Cooper as we like to call him is a multi-disciplinary designer proficient at building complete brand systems
to designing websites and everything in between. He strives to create solutions that cause an immediate and lasting
connection with the consumer.
Paul fell in love with design at Arizona State University where he graduated with honors and began his career at some
of Phoenix’s most respected firms. He has created work for local, national and international clients across a variety of
industries with years of experience as a designer, art director and creative manager.

for overseeing the agency’s entire account services department, Mike works closely with every member of our team
coordinating our boutique design, marketing and technology client relationships and work-flow.
Mike began his career working for national, full-service advertising agencies; combined with his education in business
and psychology, as well as passion for the creative product and process, Mike has used his experience to create a
dynamic, detail-oriented management process at Brand Tango.
In his free time Mike enjoys playing racquetball, spending time with his dog “Jenny” and discovering and listening to
new music.

build. For us, design and communication are intertwined. Whether it’s creating a dining ritual for an Italian Pizza shop
in San Francisco, or an immersive swatch book for a paper manufacturer that makes designers drool, we know how
to create powerful images that move minds and consumers into action. Our design work is always respectful of client
goals, the brand and the industry, but we utterly dismiss the notion that “certain products don’t need good design”.

A Unique Approach
Trilogy Wellness, came to us with a new concept
in healthcare. Where healthcare meets hospitality!
They asked us to develop the brand story, create
a visual identity, design and build a website that
sets them apart. We renamed them Well  Being,
adopting the ampersand as an iconic visual
element that represents an invitation to more.

Mattel had been under attack from
Greenpeace and anti-China manufacturing
advocacy groups. Mattel headquarters were a
fortress that reinforced a mega-corporation
image. Mattel wanted the public and clients
to see the inner workings while softening the
harsh image portrayed in the media.
Case Studies
Brand Tango and their creative visionary, James Kluetz, introduced environmental and interior
design, coupled with a messaging and imagery strategy, to weave Mattel’s fun DNA into the cor-
porate space. This, plus a social media and contest strategy, helped parents and children re-engage
with the iconic toy maker.
The parking structure comes
alive with various Mattel brands.

DESCRIPTION 
The table settings and pizza board are all designed to create fun, multi-touchpoint branding. The pizza serving boards are marked in cenimeters as a nod to the authentic European roots while the word
finito appears when the last slice is eaten. Even the beer glass is marked to remind the drinker when it's time to reorder.

DESCRIPTION 
The green of the pesto is the key appeal of of this package concept. The farina F is diecut from the label on all Farina products so that the logo is filled with the colors of the food. This package concept
can become the standard for olive oils, sauces and other products. To promote this amazing Emerald Pesto to diners, checks are delivered with a plastic vile containing a sample with a code for a
discount purchase from Farina Foods.

The top contributors James Kluetz :: President, CCO James Kluetz, co-founder of Brand Tango, brings a deep understanding of marketing tactics and applies this knowledge to breakthrough creative that communicates, motivates, and resonates with consumers. His ground-breaking work has earned much industry recognition, including several national Addy awards from the American Advertising Federation and recognition in the AIGA One Show. Schooled at New York City’s Fashion Institute of Technology, James worked in several high profile firms in Manhattan before moving to Florida, in 1994. He’s been VP of Creative Services at Bluegreen Corp as well as VP and Creative Director at Pinpoint Communications, where he worked on campaigns and branding initiatives for XM Satellite Radio, 3M, Lowes and several brands under Jarden Consumer Solutions. James’ work has won more than 125 ARDY awards from the American Resort Development Association and over 200 local, district, and national Addy awards as well as 6 best-in-show and judges awards.   • 7. The top contributors Joe Russoniello :: CEO In 2005, Joe Russoniello founded Brand Tango, a Deerfield Beach-based marketing and branding firm. He has assembled a highly qualified team committed to innovation, using the latest techniques and technology to execute strategic marketing initiatives which are both strategic and measurable. From 1999-2005, Joe was Senior Vice President of corporate marketing for Bluegreen Resorts. During Joe’s tenure, Bluegreen’s timeshare sales revenue grew from $90 million to $325 million, and marketing costs declined from 35 percent to 26 percent, boosting annual profits from $8 million to more than $54 million. Joe is committed to improving his industry and is active in marketing associations, as well as civic groups. He is a guest lecturer at Lynn University in Boca Raton, and a member of the Fort Lauderdale Art Institute graduate review committee.   • 8. Larry Talley :: VP, Technology Since 2005, Larry Talley has been a Partner and Vice President of Application Development for Brand Tango. He is the founder and CEO of Brand Tango’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Brand Tango Technologies. In his role with Brand Tango, Larry uses his extensive knowledge and experience to help an international roster of clients decrease costs while increasing market penetration, performance and profitability. From creative concept to end-user solutions, Larry has developed technology applications that lead industries. Recently, his team developed a social networking platform for resort vacation owners that allow vacationers to create their own pages with photos, videos and journals to share, while following other members. Larry’s team recently developed Tango CRM, a proprietary Web-based software system, that integrates all facets of a resort developer’s operations, including lead and contact management, call centers, referral programs, reservations, maintenance fee and mortgage billing, and loyalty points programs. Paul Cooper :: Associate Creative Director Paul or Cooper as we like to call him is a multi-disciplinary designer proficient at building complete brand systems to designing websites and everything in between. Responsible for overseeing the agency’s entire account services department, Mike works closely with every member of our team coordinating our boutique design, marketing and technology client relationships and work-flow. Mike began his career working for national, full-service advertising agencies; combined with his education in business and psychology, as well as passion for the creative product and process, Mike has used his experience to create a dynamic, detail-oriented management process at Brand Tango. Mattel headquarters were a fortress that reinforced a mega-corporation image. Mattel wanted the public and clients to see the inner workings while softening the harsh image portrayed in the media.

This, plus a social media and contest strategy, helped parents and children re-engage with the iconic toy maker. The parking structure comes alive with various Mattel brands. Rather than a standard sign, this pole reads; “Caution, this pole can have monstrous effect on your car”. A nod to the trendy dolls of the Monster High toy line.
