3. Heart Map
Example: Instructions:
◦ Think about what make you, YOU. What do
you like? What objects represent you. If
someone saw this page they should be glimpsing
into your heart. Think about things you enjoy or
spend a lot of time doing. Add an image that
represents that to your heart map. You can be as
creative or artistic as you want with it!

Instructions:
◦ Think about your life and create a timeline of
events that you can remember. You can choose
a specific year and be SUPER detailed or you
can do your whole life. Maybe you love
baseball…make a timeline of your baseball
career so far. BUT ONLY INCLUDE
EVENTS YOU THINK ARE IMPORTANT
OR INTERESTING leave the rest out.
5. Favorite Things
Example: Instructions:
◦ Write the letters of the alphabet down the side of
your page. Then, listen to the song below from the
sound of music. As you listen again list as many of
your favorite things as you can along the alphabet
line. You could have twenty on the letter A and
none on the letter Q it just depends o your favorite
things!

Example: Instructions
◦ Pick a topic any topic and EXPLODE. Any
thoughts you have can go on the outside of
your web. Keep expanding until you have a huge
messy spider web of ideas. Make one big web or
TONS og tiny ones!
7. Wonderwall
Example: Instructions:
◦ This activity is based on a real wall in Jerusalem
called the West Wall or wishing wall. People put
their wishes or wonderings on a slip of paper
and slide it into the crack between the bricks.
Create your own brick wall and add your
deepest life wonderings or wishes.
8. Writer’s Walk
How to Set Up My Page: Instructions:
◦ Go on a walk. Get outside. Or walk through
your house. As you walk stop and notice things.
If something seems interesting write it down. If
it reminds you of a memory write it down.
Anything that catches your eye put it on your
page. You could even take pictures and then
make a collage.
