3. 3 controlManager BRAIN FORCE Control Manager is the solution for the optimization of the monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting closing operations, which allows CFOs to have ananticipatedview of the accounting situation, allocating costs not yet booked and importing data in the planning system in order to verify the impacts on forecasts and budgets expectations.

BRAIN FORCE Plan Manager is based on Advanced Operations Management (AOM) principles , which allow the production and logistic process management making the overall plant system more reactive, even in unpredictable market environments, integrating strategies and operations. It increase the analysis capabilities of the management team , in particular in relation with demand trends, work loads and inventories, allowing more coherent and finalized decisions based on the usage of the Forecast & Demand Planning, Operations Planning, Scheduling ed Execution functions.
