10. 1 The Project Manager assigns the TEPed package to the QA team for QC. ISO 9001:2008
2 The Project Requirements Document is shared with the team with all the details of the project and the instructions which should be followed.

3 The QA team determines the checklist for the project and follows the designated process using proprietary tools to perform QA.
4Checklists contains all possible scenarios which cover categories like: Missing translation, punctuation errors, consistency issues, glossary adherence, tag errors etc.
5 If the project meets the criteria mentioned in the cheklist, the project is termed PASS and is considered ready for client delivery.
6 If any issue is found in the project, it is considered as FAIL and the project is sent back to the Project Manager for corrections and feedback implementation from the QA team.
7 The Project Manager sends the Project with FAIL report to the Translation/Editing/Proofreading (depending the issue has happened at which stage) supplier for implementation and corrections.
8 Once the project is received back, it is sent again to the Quality Assurance team to make sure that all the issues have been fixed and the Project meets the criteria mentioned in the checklist.
9 The QA team again runs the whole QA cycle and if no changes are required, the project is considered as PASS and ready for client delivery.
10 The QA team sends the checklist and QA report of each project to the designated Project Manager as part of ISO 9001:2008 process.
