 Over the first half of the year:
 Sales are up 25% compared to last year.
 The inventory remains low compared to the activity.
 The shortages in the market were compounded by the
activity, around 40% of the market was under contract for
most of the spring.
 The conditions were perfect for price stabilization and
improvement. Low inventory and high demand.
 Boulder County was ranked 10th best in the nation (out
of 306 metro areas) in home appreciation.
