Students from a primary school in Catalonia visited a local butcher shop to learn how Spanish sausages called "butifarres" are made. The butchers demonstrated the process of mincing pork meat, seasoning it with salt and pepper, filling pork intestines with the mixture, and tying them off. The students also learned how to cook white beans and enjoyed tasting the traditional Catalan dish of "butifarra amb mongetes", or sausages with beans.
