Settings include date range, units of measure, and refreshing after changing parameters.

are EXPECTED to close
• Let’s you see if you need to ADD more
engineers to take care of upcoming projects.

• Report shows “Services” attached to Sales
Opportunities.
• “Quantities” entered on the individual items
in ConnectWise should reflect the total
number of HOURS
– i.e. quantity should be “10” for ten hours of labor
