2. MISE-EN-SCENE
The genre of the music video is grime, we can see this by the sound of the music
as well as what they are wearing, their clothing are those typical hood London
boys e.g. bucket hat, hoodies.
There isn’t any female presented voyeuristically, but there are female on set but
they are fully dressed.
The location are by blocks of some estates, this is a typical grime music video as
those areas are associated with bad reputations and many grime artists come
from areas like estates.
3. Editing
The name of the artist had to be edited in in the beginning of the
video and at the end, normally this doesn’t happen in a music video.
Throughout the music video
you would see the video
change to these three edits,
but it was mainly black and
white throughout.
Throughout the music video there is continuity editing present, its pace is
quite fast which links with the song, so the music video looks good each time
it cuts
4. Sound
• The music plays from the beginning however doesn’t stop when the
music video stops, instead just at the end there is some dialogue of
the artist and his friend before the music video ends.
5. Camera work
• A lot of the time the camera moves during each shot, this matches
with the song instead of it being still in one place all the time.
• There are establishing shots to show where they are.
