Facility Manager
Responsible for Plant Operations and Maintenance, Clinical Equipment, Leasing & Property Manager,
Construction Planning and Management and Space Management.
• Commended by the Joint Commission Surveyor as one of the best programs surveyed in 2015
• Implemented energy improvement which lead Hospital to NEEP Business Leadership for Energy Award
and was selected as Connecticut State Champion for 2014
• Implemented CMS Categorical Waivers with approval from both State and Local authorities having
jurisdiction and added them to TJC online Statement of Condition
• Created as many Life Safety Suites within Hospital as possible in order to avoid violations
• Managed over 400,000 sq ft of leased property including finding properties and managing the leases after
completing the buildouts
• Developed and designed space within the Hospital for Sedation Center, two additional Sleep Study
