conceptualised to bring the BMW
Community together
Various zones and engagements are
created that keeps the audience
engaged while promoting the brand
and its range of offerings to its
customers
TARGET
Selective invites to be sent out to
present BMW owners
These people will be asked to
bring 4 of their friends along
with them which will result in
generatingTG footfall to the
event
SHOWCASE
Showcase of cars to be installed
in the premises at different
locations
These cars will have hostess and
sales representative welcoming
the guests and giving them an
experience of the machine
SPEAKERS
Prominent automobile enthusiasts and
editors like hormazd sorabjee & shapur
kotwal will be called for the event
These speakers shall speak about the
industry, brand & current market of the
automobile industry

Exclusive BMW merchandise will be
made available to the owners at event
Various craft shops and retailers that
market in automobile products will be
called to display their merchandise at

will have the background as a
circuit with a BMW at the back
Guests will be gratified with
instant photographs for the same
ANTI GRAVITY BOOTH
Anti Gravity Booth is an augmented
booth that gives a view that the
poser is floating mid air
we will place a BMW Bike in the
photo booth where people can
come in and click photos with the
bike
VR CAR RACING
VR Car Racing booths to be set
up at the fest where guests can
come in & virtually experience
how driving the actual car might
feel

where guests can upload their
selfies with the car with hashtag -

As soon as the photo is uploaded
the user is given a bmw
merchandise from the tweet café
