This document describes an online blood bank system created by students at Savitribai Phule Pune University. The system aims to develop an online platform to maintain information about blood donors, recipients, and donation camps. It allows users to create, update, and delete donor and recipient profiles. The system was built using tools like PHP and MySQL on a Dell laptop. It includes modules for login, admin access, donor registration, user access, and FAQs. Screenshots show interfaces for the home page, contact/about pages, registration, donation lists, employee lists, campaigns and more. Future work could expand functionality based on blood bank feedback.
The motivation behind this research to help to predict blood donors help medical professionals predict the future demand & supply of blood and plan accordingly with Blood Banks & to entice voluntary blood donors to meet demand.
