AP has been in the Client Services industry for 17 years - with the core of his Management Consulting skills obtained from the legacy
Arthur Anderson consulting Firm and resources. Additional consulting skills were acquired through his work with a BDO Siedman
subsidiary, where AP focused on Mergers and Acquisitions, sell-side due diligence, and technical finance. While working for a software
firm, AP architected and delivered over 20 client solutions.
AP has deep core competencies in the areas of Technology and Finance; during his MBA studies, AP focused on Finance, with secondary
focuses aligned to Design Thinking and Organizational Behavior.
While at ISG, AP has delivered Client engagements in the following industries: Media, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Technology,
Manufacturing and Pharmaceutical. AP has also supported sales pursuits and enablement sessions with Clients in the Financial Services,
Energy, and has also supported ISG’s public-sector team (specifically, through his work with IT Cost Commission – The United States
Federal Government, OMDB – White House). AP’s delivery work has focused on the topics of Software/Business Architecture & Design,
Data Governance, Data Strategy, Organizational Change Management, Process Design, Organizational Strategy and Enterprise IT

Alex-Paul (AP) joined ISG in 2014 to assist with the development of ISG’s Technology Business Management (TBM) advisory offerings as
part of ISG’s Data and Analytics service line. In 2017 AP joined ISG’s IT Sourcing and Advisory Service Line, in addition to remaining tightly
aligned with ISG’s Research and Emerging Technologies teams. AP co-leads three IT Sourcing and Advisory “Community Circles” focused
on Digital, Security/Cyber-Security and TBM (ITFM). AP also belongs to an internal ISG team focused on exploring Distributed Ledger
Technology (blockchain) advisory offerings.
AP actively manages two ISG technology Partnerships and supports ISG Global with: Developing Sales and Delivery intellectual property,
Monthly enablement sessions, Conference speaking and presentations, Sales pursuits and Delivery, and authors ISG Insights Research.
