A blackspot was identified at a factory entrance along NH 14 between Semarang and Bawen. Recommendations include installing speed restriction signs along the highway, sealing the shoulder for 100m north and south of the entrance, and making the entrance more conspicuous by adding advanced direction signs, re-lining the approaches, marking lanes, and adding pavement arrows on the northern approach.

 Speed restriction signs at 1km spacing's along NH
14 from Semarang to Bawen
 Seal the shoulder on both sides for 100m north
and south of the entrance

 Ask company to install advanced direction signs on
each approach to show the factory entrance.
 Re line mark each approach.
 On north approach, mark two lanes – the left lane for
through traffic only, and the right lane for through/right
turn traffic.
