If using a charcoal grill, adjust accordingly.
- Large bowl
- Microwave
- Spoon
- Tongs
- Grill (gas)

2. Preparation: Ingredients
Cajun seasoning is essentially the same thing.
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 container of blackened seasoning

3. If microwaving, use low setting to prevent splattering.
1: Melt butter in large bowl

4. Continue adding seasoning until it thickens.
2: Stir in blackened seasoning

5. Coat the chicken; leave it in the mix until ready to grill.
3: Place chicken in mixture

6. More heat makes for a better searing on the outside.
4: Set grill to high heat

7. Use longer tongs because it WILL burst into flame.
5: Place chicken on the grill

8. Chicken should appear charred after flipping.
6: Flip chicken after 3-5 minutes

9. Remember to turn off grill to prevent fires.
7: Remove from grill when done

10. Excellent a-la-carte or used in other recipes.
8: Serve
