ANALYZE LEARNERS General Characteristics:
This class consists of mostly females than males, thereare
23 students in the class and 40% are males and 60% are
females. The majority of the students are motivated to
participate in the learning process to benefit them. Most
of the students have an understanding of using the
computers so this virtual classroom will not be
challenging to them.
Prerequisite:
Students have an understanding of the impotence of
personal hygiene because it is part of our daily activities.
Learning style:
Students' learning style varies to visual, auditory and also
kinetic learners. In order to ensure that the students
actually learn, each style must be considered.
2. General Objective:
At the end of this lesson, students should be able to know
about the importance of personal hygiene and apply it in
real life situations.
STATE OBJECTIVES At the end of this lesson participants will be able to:
i. Accurately define Personal Hygiene after viewing the
notes on powerpoint presentation.
ii. List the daily practices to maintain personal hygiene
after viewing the video presentation.
iii. Explain the personal hygiene topic after viewing the
video and note presentation.
iv. Accurately state several examples of each personal
hygiene practices after watching and listening in the
lessons.

AND MATERIALS
Prepare the materials:
The materials that were able to be used in the lesson
were effectively tested so that a smooth lesson can
be conducted without any problems.
Prepare environment:
The virtual classroom environment will be made
ready, and the teacher will organize the virtual
classroom in the way it should be according to how
the lesson will be taught.
Prepare the learners:
The students will be given an activity to wake up their
brains and tap into their prior knowledge and get
into the frame of mind to want to learn and
participate effectively.
Provide the learning experience:
The teacher will:
i. Instruct the students to the various websites that
the information for the lesson will be stored and also
give them instruction to follow each link.
ii. Facilitate discussion that follows.

PARTICIPATION
List of students activities
The students will:
i. Guess a picture on powerpoint to identify what the
topic of the lesson will be.
ii. Use the definition given on powerpoint to better
understand personal hygiene.
iii. Use the video prepared for them to understand
the example of personal hygiene.
iv. Participate in a question and answer session in the
class.
vii. Take a mini test on Blackboard to assess how
much they have learnt from the lesson taught.
viii. Complete the assignment that will be posted on
the Blackboard class website.
5. EVALUATION This lesson was very interactive; the students were
lively and excited because they had the computers
wondering what was going to happen next. The
students were engaged because the instructions
were given clearly so that most of them know what
to do.
