Andrea has always been active in sports from a young age and pursued a degree in health education. She discovered Kaia FIT to prepare for her wedding and never looked back. She became a certified coach in 2013 and now co-owns this location with her friend and mentor Yifat Chen. Andrea believes promoting health, disease prevention and happiness through fitness was her calling. She has accomplished multiple bike rides, triathlons and other athletic events and enjoys cooking, shopping and spending time with her family outside of her work at Kaia FIT.

The brief supports Williams and the Constitution Pipeline in its lawsuit against New York State. NY elected to deny the Constitution necessary permits to cross streams and other bodies of water in the state, effectively stopping the project. Andrea, born and raised in Roswell, New Mexico, has always led an active lifestyle. She fell in
love with sports at a young age when she was the only girl on an all-boys soccer team! From
there, she continued with many years of soccer, softball, volleyball and snowboarding. Andrea
has always had a passion to educate others on the importance of health and wellness. Pursuing
this avenue she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Ecology from the University of
Nevada. She is the Executive Director for a local nonprofit whose mission is to enhance the
quality of healthcare through outreach and education.
Andrea discovered Kaia FIT in August 2011 to prepare for the big day – her wedding! She never
looked back. In February 2013 Andrea became a certified Kaia coach and has recently joined
forces with her friend and mentor, Yifat Chen, to become Co-Owner of this location. She
believes it was her calling to continue her efforts in promoting health, disease prevention and
lifelong happiness through fitness. Plus, she has met many amazing women who are now family!
These women inspire her every day to be the best that she can be, to accept new challenges and
to set and achieve her goals.
Some of her accomplishments include multiple rigorous bike rides, the completion of two Iron
Girl Sprint Triathlons and participation in lots of sanctioned running and biking events! Outside
of Kaia FIT Andrea enjoys cooking, thrift shopping, spoiling her four legged children,
snowboarding, taking pictures and laughing with her hysterical husband!
