The document describes an action research project that developed 10 science activity sheets using matchsticks as the main material for upper primary students. The activities were implemented monthly and analyzed students' reactions. The goal was to provide hands-on science experiences using readily available materials. Students participated in activities involving matchstick rockets, centers of gravity, surface tension, air expansion, levers, electoscopes, evaporation, waves, measurement, and chromatography. Student reactions to the monthly matchstick activities were significantly positive.
