Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City offers a 32-hour Mentoring Supervisor Certificate Program in partnership with Fordham University and New York University to train mentoring supervisors. The certificate program covers topics like youth resiliency, volunteer screening, and supervising mentor relationships. of experience in the field, Gary D. Herwitz currently
works as a managing partner with CoMetrics
Partners LLC, a consulting firm based in New York
City. Gary Herwitz also supports the efforts of
several charitable organizations in his community
and beyond, including Big Brothers Big Sisters
(BBBC) of New York City. A prominent nonprofit
organization dedicated to mentoring children
throughout the city, BBBS partners with the
Fordham University Graduate School of Social
Service and the New York University Center for
Training and Professional Development to sponsor
a Mentoring Supervisor Certificate Program.
