Dick Eaton is a Senior Consultant with FMG Leading, a
team of advisors and consultants that help executive
leaders and their teams achieve breakthrough results
through world-class human capital strategy. As a senior
consultant and executive coach, Dick works with both
individual leaders and their teams to build capacity and
achieve new levels of success and fulfillment. Equipped
with rich coaching experience and professional
certifications, he builds deeply engaging relationships
that yield stronger leadership capabilities, innovation
and positive change.
Dick’s past accomplishments as a corporate leader,
developer of high-performance teams and leaders, and
entrepreneur at national and global levels inform his
coaching engagements with successful people who
seek an edge. In addition to founding two privately
held businesses, Dick’s career includes roles in sales
management with Proctor & Gamble, advertising
account management and as Director of Marketing on
the founding team of Staples.
Drawing on his professional training and multi-faceted
work and life experience, Dick focuses on finding and
accessing the genius already within his clients, shifting
paradigms and thought patterns, and developing
realistic action plans in guiding clients toward their
growth and development. His clients comment that

AFFILIATIONS
Dick is an Executive Coach with MIT Sloan Executive
Education. He graduated cum laude from Middlebury
College. A Reiki Master and avid painter, Dick shows his
works in solo and group shows. In his free time, he
enjoys camping, fishing and hiking with his three
children and playing tennis and ultimate Frisbee. Dick
serves as a Pro Bono executive coach for several non-
profit institutions and as Mentor Faculty for the
MiddCORE business/leadership immersion program at
Middlebury College.
