The proposed Govt. OFFICE building coming up at Bhubaneswar consists of Basement
, Ground Floor+9 upper floors + Terrace (12 structural slabs) .
FACILITIES:
Basement: Accommodates Car parking facilities.
Ground floor to 2nd floor :Proposed office spaces for the Bhubaneswar Municipal
Corporation.
4th floor to 10th floor : Proposed office spaces for Rental purpose.
Terrace floor : HVAC Chillers platform, OHT and Solar system
Also the structure incorporates motion sensory lighting and HVAC systems, that
minimizes its overall electrical consumption.
