2.5 Cancellation Policy
★ For any individual booking: Cancellation Notice must be given at-least 72 hours prior to
Arrival/Check-in date. During specific periods such as consecutive Government holidays,
Eid-Ul-Fitr, Eid-Ul-Azha, Christmas, Buddha Purnima, Bengali New Year, Durga Puja, New
Year’s Eve etc., cancellation notice must be given at-least 15 days prior to Arrival/Check-in
date. Cancellation made after the period of notice OR No-Shows will be charged one full
night's Room Tariff (of each room booked) with 15% VAT and 10% Service Charge.
★For any Group Booking (Minimum 10 Rooms), Cancellation Notice must be given at least
10 days prior to Arrival/Check-in date.
★For above 10 Rooms, cancellation notice must be given at-least 25 days prior to
Arrival/Check-in date. During specific periods such as consecutive Government holidays,
Eid-Ul-Fitr, Eid-Ul-Azha, Christmas, Buddha Purnima, Bengali New Year, Durga Puja, New
Year’s Eve etc., cancellation notice must be given at-least 35 days prior to Arrival/Check-in

5. The resort's Restaurants underwater fish’s water & tab is not clean monthly or bio-
monthly for its well being. So, reason this polluted water is harmful for fish’s perfect
natural oxygen circulation.
6. The surface of the spa is quite different but it is more congested & narrow for guests
sometimes.
7. Outside of this resort is the cover of brick granite, which in many cases is the support of
the storm surge.
8. The water of this resort's largest swimming pool needs to be more transparent.
9. This resort has a lot of dust in the air so that it can have bad effects for the environment so
that consciousness should be initiated.
10. The sales and marketing employees of this resort have to be more and more active &
responsible.
