Leo Lee holds a BSc. in Dietetics with Nutrition from International Medical University (Malaysia). He worked with
Hewlett Packard as an Account Manager and Market Development Manager where he developed business
development and business strategy skills and formed strategic marketing alliances with various industry leaders
like Microsoft & Intel. He then worked with various SMEs and startups to further develop his skills in the area of
business development for niche products like Swiss electric appliances, Stadler Form, in Malaysia and Singapore.
His diverse work experience also includes loyalty marketing for AirAsia BIG to business development for Vjob, a
home grown recruitment company specializing in video recruitment for MNCs and mid-market corporations.
His exposure to the international market inspired him to found Traitquest.com. He aspires to build talent, bringing
out the best in a person or a business by helping them connect the right dots.

Ramesh Victor has 25 years of hands-on exposure in operational management and consulting. He has been
implementing Lean, Toyota Production System, and Theory of Constraints to Fortune 500 as well as small
companies for the past 15 years. He is a certified Lean Master and Theory of Constraints practitioner from
Seagate Lean Academy, USA. Victor is also a professional Innovation Practitioner.
He is a renowned international consultant and speaker. He was aptly referred to as the “Constraint Buster” and
“one of the only 7 out of 45,000 employees who have the skill-set to go into factories and turn it around within
weeks”, by Seagate corporate executives while he was leading the Seagate Supplier Lean Initiative for Asia.
He has been engaged with clients (various industries) globally to help them Innovate and improve Operations
leading to millions of dollars of savings. Victor has also been engaged in organisational change management
and human capital development for large and small organisations. He is a champion public speaker of
Toastmasters International, winning various contests up to the national Level.

Clayton J.C Tan is a graduate in computer science and Master of Business Administration. With a wealth of
experience in organisation and people strategies, coupled with commendable appreciation of technology, he aspires to
leave a legacy in organisations through practical applications of technology-enabled corporate strategies to achieve
business results. Before he was appointed as Regional Human Resources Director for Southeast Asia at Vinda Group,
he held human resources leadership roles in local conglomerates such as Sunway Construction Group and KLK
Oleochemicals Group, and also spent a large part of his early career in MNCs such as IBM, AIG and OCBC.
His exposure across various industries, including management consulting, FMCG, construction, property development,
banking, insurance, manufacturing, telecommunications, aviation, consumer electronics and large conglomerates
throughout his management consulting, as well as corporate human resources career, has seen him applying his
expertise in different countries, including Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Vietnam, Indonesia,
Philippines), China and Hong Kong.
Ming Choo is a senior leader with more than 20 years of comprehensive human resource management and
generalist experience. She has served as a strategic business partner and spearheads overall talent, organisation,
culture and capability needs. Her experience spans organisation design, talent acquisition, culture transformation,
restructuring, business mergers and acquisition integration, process re-engineering and cost optimisation initiatives,
operating across multi-site manufacturing, sales offices and regional environments.
Currently, she is the Head of HR for Malaysia, Singapore, Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos, she was also appointed a
diversity advocate of Talent Corp. She leads Unilever’s work on inclusiveness, purpose and work-life integration as an
effective human capital strategy to attract and retain talent.

Norita was a HR senior leader with over 25 years of working experience at the MNC manufacturing
facilities and most recently a Telco industry.
At Maxis Berhad, she was a strategic partner to the CTIO and Technology division who delivered effective
and the best people solutions and programs to achieve shared organisational objectives and business
requirements.
As the Head of HR at Kellogg Asia Products, Norita was a pioneer hire to build the plant organisation from
ground zero. Norita’s career in HR was brought into a wider spread when she was given the opportunity to
lead the various HR functions and business start-up activities for First Solar Malaysia Sdn Bhd businesses
in China, India, Australia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and Malaysia. As the Human Resource Director,
APAC at First Solar Malaysia Sdn Bhd, she implemented various “people strategy” initiatives contributed to
the success story of the Malaysia operation and personally, she has gained an exponential skills in
IR/ER/Operations, making her a wholesome HR leader.
Norita has also successfully engaged the employees from HP to Agilent Technologies Sdn Bhd following the
organisation split from HP. As the Human Resource Director at Agilent Technologies Sdn Bhd, she led the
Employee engagement leading the Company to win the Hewitt 25 Best Employers in Asia.

Grace Chan is a human resources leader of more than 25 years experience. Her professional experience in
the areas of talent acquisition, development and management, succession planning, performance management,
learning and development, and employee engagement emerged from previous roles in the FMCG industry,
banking, insurance, Kuala Lumpur stock exchange, and diversified conglomerates.
Currently, as the Senior General Manager of Group Human Resource and Administration at Berjaya
Corporation Berhad, she led her company to win the ‘Employer of Choice Award (Gold Winner)’ in 2017, Asia
Best Employer Brand Awards, Award for HR Strategy and Award for Talent Management in July 2018. Amongst
other accolades, she is one of four female HR leaders to be honoured by LinkedIn for her contribution to the
people industry, and a recipient of the ‘HR Leadership Award’ by the Golden Globe Tigers 2018 for excellence
in HR leadership. She also participates actively in Toastmasters leadership roles and has earned the
Distinguished Toastmaster title, the highest recognition granted by Toastmasters International.

Laurence Yap has more than 20 years of human resources and organisation development experience. Most
of his employment has been with multinational corporations such as First Solar, Carsem, PayPal, Pfizer and
Western Digital. He has more than ten years of regional and stakeholder management experience to manage
the Learning and Human Resources in the APAC region. He is currently attached to Berjaya Corporation Berhad
as Senior Manager of Learning and Organisation Development.
He holds a Masters in Social Sciences from the University of Malaya. During his post graduate studies, he was
granted with a three years of Fellowship Scholarship by the University of Malaya.
He has won several HR awards for his contribution to human resources, learning and organisation
development from World HRD Congress and Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management. He is
actively involved in the HR Community. He is a Committee Member of the Industry Advisor for MIHRM and the
Education Advisor for Organisation Development Network of Malaysia.

Her professional experience in the areas of talent acquisition, development and management, succession planning, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement emerged from previous roles in the FMCG industry, banking, insurance, Kuala Lumpur stock exchange, and diversified conglomerates. Currently, as the Senior General Manager of Group Human Resource and Administration at Berjaya Corporation Berhad, she led her company to win the ‘Employer of Choice Award (Gold Winner)’ in 2017, Asia Best Employer Brand Awards, Award for HR Strategy and Award for Talent Management in July 2018. Laurence Yap has more than 20 years of human resources and organisation development experience. Most of his employment has been with multinational corporations such as First Solar, Carsem, PayPal, Pfizer and Western Digital. He has more than ten years of regional and stakeholder management experience to manage the Learning and Human Resources in the APAC region. He is currently attached to Berjaya Corporation Berhad as Senior Manager of Learning and Organisation Development. He holds a Masters in Social Sciences from the University of Malaya. During his post graduate studies, he was granted with a three years of Fellowship Scholarship by the University of Malaya. He has won several HR awards for his contribution to human resources, learning and organisation development from World HRD Congress and Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management.
