3. About The Company
Ltd “BelEnergoProject” is a Russian-Belarussian engineering company, originated from Minsk, that
provides services to medium and large industrial and infrastructure customers in the field of
engineering consulting and design in heat and power engineering sector. BelEnergoProject has its
offices both in Moscow and Minsk. The main features of the company are broad geography of
projects in the CIS area.
The main task of Ltd "BelEnergoProject" is leadership in high quality solutions for customers in
power industry. Qualitative solutions allow our clients to be successful and confident in the long
term effectiveness of offered decision.
Our target for the nearest future is the design of heat-and- electrical power engineering complexes
with a total generating capacity more than 1 GWe in small-scale energy sector.

The Front-office is located in Minsk.
Total number of employees - 60 people.

Specialists of BelEnergoProject are experienced professionals and have the necessary
qualification level in matters of heat and electric power generation. More than 50 employees are
involved directly in design and preconstruction works. 100% of conceptual and feasibility study
works and about 85% of the Front to End Engineering Design are performed by our specialists.

Ltd "BelEnergoProekt" performs energy audits, preconstruction works (Justification of
Investments, Feasibility Studies) and design and exploration works on various objects
of energy sector:
• thermal power plants operating on various types of fuels: natural gas, coal, wood
fuel;
• wind and solar power plants
• industrial energotechnological complexes: power plants, constructing on the base
of heat and electrical load of industrial enterprises of different branch of economy;
• boiler houses operating on various types of fuels;
• heat network sector: heat pipes networks, pumping equipment, central and
individual heat supply station, etc.;
• heating system on the base of different heat pumps;
• automated control and energy accounting systems of all kind of energy flows;
• power grid construction from 0.4 kV to 110 kV.

9. Focus on customer
Ltd "BelEnergoProekt" offers an integrated approach to meet the challenges of
increasing energy and economic efficiency of enterprises. We perform all kind of
works, we could start from energy audits and design solutions and provide the
turnkey* solution of CHP construction.
* Based on long-term strategic agreements with partner companies with the financing for EPC,
BOT, BOO terms.
Our experience
During the last 5 years, the number of projects with a total installed electrical
generation capacity more than 400.0 MW was developed by the specialists of
Ltd "BelEnergoProekt:
• 15 projects (160 MWe) - in a distributed power sector, based on gas fuel,
operated in mode of "in parallel with the grid", among them:
• 11 projects (87 MWe) - based on gas gensets, operating on natural gas,
casing-head gas, and process gas;
• 4 project (73 MWe) - based on gas turbine and steam turbines (including
combined cycle implementation).
