2. Brief Description of Company
• Founded in 1952 in Riga as the branch of the All-Soviet Union
Scientific-Research and Design-Surveying Institute
“Teploelektroprojekt”
• Since 1996 – the private Joint-Stock Company
“Siltumelektroprojekts”
• Initially specializes on projects connected with thermal and
electric energy generation
• Preserving its historical profile, the Company constantly expands
its spectrum of services related to industrial facilities
• The Company’s staff consists of more than 100 engineers and
technicians; involves various engineering bureaus as
subcontractors
• The subsidiary structure has been organized and is acting in
Saint Petersburg, Russia.

7. Parameters of the Facility
Production output (annual):
Feed inlet:
• Chicken manure consumption – 60 000 tons
Finished products:
• Electricity production – 2,0 MW
• Heat production – 2,1 MW (process needs, heating)
• Organic biological fertilizers – 10-20 thous. m³ (application field:
agriculture; consistence: pellets)
• Ammonium sulphate (application field: fertilizer for using in
agriculture)
The plant will reduce the portion of energy expenses in the prime cost of
the finished products, provide the complex with power resources without
using external sources.
