This document provides sample behavioral interview questions that assess a job candidate's soft skills and work experiences. Some of the questions ask about important job factors, past work satisfaction, interests outside of work experience, reasons for wanting to work at the company, examples of handling difficult coworkers or unmet expectations, experiences working in teams, handling shifting priorities or plans, making persuasive arguments, dealing with stress, delegating tasks, and collaborating effectively. The goal is to learn about the candidate's interpersonal skills and how they have handled themselves in various work situations through storytelling examples.
