Noah is a 4th grade student with severe ADD who displays disruptive behaviors such as disrespect, inappropriate gestures and comments, defiance, and non-compliance about 10 times per day. A team developed interventions including self-monitoring, encouragement, and behavior charts. Noah's data was inconsistent with the interventions, sometimes meeting goals and other times not. The team plans to continue encouragement and implement daily rewards like mentoring sessions if goals are met.
