The scope of functions of BeeOffice - version 09.2015
• Official order and Settlement of business trips (workflow
approval, subsistence allowances, currency rates, controlling the
company’s travel expenses policy)
• Travel reservation process (e.g. hotels, tickets) - communication
between an employee and the administration or an external
agency
• Vehicles data file - recording data on mileage and fuel
consumption (data import from fuel cards), insurance, repairs,
etc.
• Leave requests (workflow approval, calculating leave limits,
handling of equivalent working time)
• Working time forms (overtime, late arrival, early exit, etc.) and
data import from RCP card readers
• Other HR requests (e.g. insurance, certificates, medical tests,
etc.)
• Employees’ Schedule - assigning working time according to type
of tasks (e.g. Internal projects, work for particular clients, etc.),
with the support of invoicing or granting premiums for time spent
on each task.
• Purchase requisition - approval of expenses before they are
incurred and/or decreed, and approval of invoices received from
suppliers
• Record of devices / equipment, and software licenses assigned to
an employee and their periodic inventory
• Reservation of resources (rooms, projectors, etc.).
• Service Desk – handling of requests from "internal customers" or
external (matters of IT, administration, others) along with SLA
monitoring, assigning of requests to persons responsible,
automatic creation of notifications based on emails
• Task sheets - organize repetitive sequences of tasks in your
