BEAD is an Internet of Things device and cloud-based analytics platform that tracks real-time data from multiple sensors installed in buildings to analyze occupancy patterns and optimize building operations. The sensors measure factors like heat, humidity, light, CO2, and pressure. BEAD learns how buildings are used to connect buildings with automation systems. It has been installed in 25 locations for customers like Koctas, e-on, Macfitt, Carrefour, and Diaveru in Turkey. The goal is to reduce carbon emissions by 40% and optimize operations without losing comfort through human behavior changes.
