This document analyzes the user onboarding process for the Dropbox app using a behavior design rubric. It evaluates different steps of the onboarding flow based on the presence of a trigger, the user's ability to complete the action, and their motivation level. It finds the process has a high likelihood of engagement initially but risks abandonment later as triggers, ability, and motivation decline for certain steps like pushing notifications or marking favorite files. The analysis aims to identify vulnerable points and suggest how scores could be graphed to predict user flow.
