Master Classes
October is the month for three free master classes as part of FREE
Fall BALTIMORE. These FREE master classes take place at An Die
Musik from 1-4 p.m. To attend, you have to register on the BCGS
web site, go to EVENTS and click on MASTER CLASSES and fill in
the information.

Guitar Day
The BCGS will host its annual Guitar Day on March 30, 2014
for our members. We are planning an extended Guitar Day
celebration to include a master class, lectures, a mini-recital,
and student performances. Please visit the BCGS website for
more information later in the season.

Share Your Music
Our Open Stage meetings continue to be a huge success.
Take advantage of a unique opportunity to play solo or in
ensemble, in front of an appreciative audience. All levels of
classical guitar players are welcome, and anyone who wants to
just listen and mingle with other guitar enthusiasts is welcome,
too. This season, the meetings take place on these Saturday
evenings at Hope Presbyterian Church in Baltimore from
7-10 p.m.

Ensemble
The BCGS ensemble is welcoming new members! Composed
of mostly non-professional guitarists, this unique group
performs under the baton of distinguished guitarist and
music professor Ronald Pearl. This is a great opportunity to
meet other guitarists, improve your ensemble playing, and
just have great fun with the guitar. Whether you are new to
the orchestra, or a returning member, we want to have you
join us this season. Rehearsals are weekly at Loyola College.
