Current work in progress: The Preserve at Sand Creek is a major subdivision, and may
be commonly known as the remainder of the Fairview Area in Greensburg. This should be
a substantial development for Greensburg. I have been retained as the designer of this
subdivision. During this work, I am also tutoring the developer’s son who is a competent
CAD designer and another young local surveyor about how subdivision designs are
performed. I am encouraging them to start a surveying business here.

REFERENCES
5. James Saler- I am honored that Mr. Saler, President and CEO of First Federal Savings
Bank in Greensburg, has agreed to be a reference for me. I designed the two drive through
banking sites for First Federal with the close collaboration of Jim. Cell contact- 812 614

Frank I. Hamilton, Jr. – Frank is a well known and respected attorney in Greensburg. Mill
Ridge Estates was the first subdivision in town to be built to a modern geometric and
drainage standard. The project was developed by Frank Hamilton, Richard Pleak and
David Schlemmer. The result has been one of the best works in my portfolio. Frank’s
Office 812 663 4082.
Gary Herbert, Mayor of Greensburg. I have been in discussion with the Mayor about my
abilities and the possibility of working with his administration. I have not asked Mayor
Herbert to be ready as a reference. However- I have little doubt he would give a good
report. The Mayor’s Office phone 812 663 3344
Michael Campion- When Honda came to Greensburg, a group of investors from Bend
Oregon came and purchased more land than I could have ever imagined. Michael was the
lead man for this group. We designed and constructed Sand Creek Phase 1. Other lands,
through which now flows Veteran’s Way, were also purchased. Michael and I brainstormed
the approximate current location of Veteran’s Way. The existing commercial road cut on
US 421 is evidence of these conceptual designs and traffic studies. Michael’s cell- 541 788
